An Exceptional Array of Cygnet Gin Cocktails Are Now Available at The Ivy

Last night, The Ivy in Cardiff played host to an exclusive St David's Day cocktail evening, hosted by none other than our founder, Katherine Jenkins OBE. The event, exclusively available to The Ivy App members, marked the launch of the Cygnet Gin menu, now live across The Ivy Estate nationwide.

Against the backdrop of The Ivy's elegant ambiance, guests were treated to a delightful array of Cygnet Gin cocktails, each crafted to perfection and inspired by the flavours of spring and botanicals found in our exceptional gins. Highlights of the evening included the "Honey and Peach Gimlet," a delicious mix of Cygnet Welsh Dry Gin, Honey Aperitif, Lime, Peach Syrup, topped with Champagne, and the exceptional "Cygnet Catch 22 Martini," blending Cygnet 22 with Noilly Prat, Orange bitters, and a touch of honey.

The evening buzzed with excitement as over 100 guests mingled and savoured the exquisite flavours of Cygnet Gin. Adding to the magical atmosphere was a string quartet, serenading attendees with enchanting melodies throughout the night.
