Cygnet Gin Launches at John Lewis

Cygnet Gin officially launched at John Lewis in Cardiff in November. A fantastic morning was held at John Lewis to celebrate the launch, sampling Cygnet to a wonderful Cardiff audience of gin lovers. Cygnet Gin sold at a rate of a bottle a minute as customers lined up to try Cygnet 22 cocktails and – the most exciting part – to have a bottle of Cygnet Gin signed by our very own founder, Katherine Jenkins OBE.

This marks an incredibly pivotal moment for Cygnet, in our journey to becoming one of the most respected gin brands in the UK.

Katherine announced on her socials how proud she was to have Cygnet hit the shelves of John Lewis, expressing how the brands share the same ethos of quality, family and sustainability. Katherine said she “couldn’t be more thrilled that we are now available at one of the most trusted, loved and quintessentially British shops.”

Cygnet is now sold across 24 Waitrose, 12 John Lewis and 3 Harvey Nichols stores across the country, and – true to Katherine’s Welsh roots – will now be sold at all key Waitrose and John Lewis stores in Wales. Pay a visit to a store near you and pick up one of our award-winning, hand-grafted gins.

We are also growing in recognition among hospitality businesses, with luxury establishments such as Searcy’s, Isabel, Chiltern Firehouse and The Maine Mayfair adding us to their stockists. Searcy’s recently began using Cygnet 22 in a signature cocktail at their new restaurant in The National Portrait Gallery, The Portrait Restaurant.

Cygnet was also recently included in Glamour’s “65 best Christmas gifts for literally everybody you have to buy for in 2023” at Number 11 as “Best alcohol gift for her.” As a brand started by a woman, for women, we couldn’t agree more.
