At the heart of Wales, just seven miles from where our co-founder Katherine Jenkins OBE was born, Cygnet Gin is brought to life at the historic Penderyn Copperworks Distillery in Swansea. Created in partnership with sixth-generation Welsh distillers, we welcome you to our step inside first distillery experience and the home of Cygnet Gin.

Together, we proudly present the Symphony of Senses - a one-of-a-kind immersive tasting that harmonises taste, scent, and sound.

Guided as a single, flowing experience, guests are taken on a sensory journey through the craftsmanship, distillation, and hand-selected botanicals behind all three of Cygnet’s award-winning gin expressions. Each element is brought to life through thoughtfully curated song pairings and personal messages from Katherine, adding an emotional resonance that deepens the tasting.
