Cygnet celebrates mid-summer at Copperworks Distillery

Katherine Jenkins OBE hosted a midsummer soirée at the Copperworks Distillery in Swansea earlier this week, showcasing the very best of Welsh excellence. The evening was a star-studded affair, with a guestlist of celebrities, culinary icons, and cultural luminaries.
Where Glamour Met Gastronomy
The Copperworks Distillery, home to Cygnet Gin & Penderyn Whisky, was transformed into an intimate dining experience, where the barrels awoke as guests enjoyed an exclusive tasting of the award-winning bespoke menu crafted by the National Chef of Wales, Sam Everton, and rising star Junior Chef of Wales Calum Smith.
Guests enjoyed a three course menu, curated by National Chef of Wales Sam Everton & Junior Chef of Wales Callum Smith in the atmospheric Rolling Mill barrel warehouse surrounded by Penderyn & Cygnet 77 Casks
In partnership with the Culinary Association of Wales, Coleg Cymraeg and Penderyn, the evening was a celebration of Welsh talent and creativity. The atmosphere was electric as guests savoured the mid-summer energy and unique surroundings of the historic Copperworks Distillery.
The soirée at Copperworks Distillery will surely be remembered as a highlight of the summer, in celebration of all that Wales has to offer.
