Enjoy a sophisticated & zesty short citrus cocktail that's simple to serve at home

Ingredients for Two Servings

  • 90ml Cygnet Welsh Dry Gin
  • 60ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
  • 40ml Dry Vermouth
  • 30ml Fresh squeezed lemon juice

Method

  1. Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker
  2. Stir over ice
  3. Strain into 2 Nic'n'Nora glasses 
  4. Garnish with fresh lemon peel
