Ingredients for Two Servings
- 90ml Cygnet Welsh Dry Gin
- 60ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
- 40ml Dry Vermouth
- 30ml Fresh squeezed lemon juice
Method
- Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker
- Stir over ice
- Strain into glass
- Serve in a Nick & Nora Glass
- Garnish with fresh lemon peel
