Ingredients for Two Servings
Ingredients:
- 60ml of Cygnet 22 Gin
- 20ml of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 15ml raspberry syrup or liqueur
- Ginger ale
- Fresh raspberries (for garnish)
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Add Cygnet Welsh Dry Gin, freshly squeezed lime juice, and raspberry syrup or liqueur to the shaker.
- Shake the ingredients well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with ice.
- Top up the glass with ginger ale, leaving some space at the top.
- Gently stir the ingredients to combine.
- Garnish the drink with fresh raspberries skewered on a cocktail pick.
