Cygnet Floradora

Ingredients for Two Servings

Ingredients:

  • 60ml of Cygnet 22 Gin
  • 20ml of freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 15ml raspberry syrup or liqueur
  • Ginger ale
  • Fresh raspberries (for garnish)

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Add Cygnet Welsh Dry Gin, freshly squeezed lime juice, and raspberry syrup or liqueur to the shaker.
  3. Shake the ingredients well until chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  5. Top up the glass with ginger ale, leaving some space at the top.
  6. Gently stir the ingredients to combine.
  7. Garnish the drink with fresh raspberries skewered on a cocktail pick.
