  • 50ml Cygnet 22
  • 20ml Honey Syrup (to make honey syrup, mix equal parts honey and warm water until
    dissolved)
  • 20ml Blood Orange Juice
  • 10ml Lemon Juice

    Garnish: Grapefruit Peel

    Glass: Coupette

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice
  2. Add Cygnet 22, honey syrup, blood orange juice, and lemon juice
  3. Shake well until chilled
  4. Strain into a chilled coupette
