Ingredients
- 50ml Cygnet 22
- 20ml Honey Syrup (to make honey syrup, mix equal parts honey and warm water until
dissolved) - 20ml Blood Orange Juice
- 10ml Lemon Juice
Garnish: Grapefruit Peel

Method
- Fill a shaker with ice
- Add Cygnet 22, honey syrup, blood orange juice, and lemon juice
- Shake well until chilled
- Strain into a chilled coupette
