This cocktail offers the perfect balance of flavours, with Cygnet 22 providing a backbone of botanicals, the Manuka syrup creating sweetness and depth, and the Champagne lending a touch of elegance and effervescence.

Ingredients for Two Servings

  • 60ml Cygnet 22
  • 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • 5ml Manuka honey
  • 70ml Champagne or Dry Sparkling Wine

Method

  1. Add Cygnet 22, fresh lemon juice & mauka honey to a stirring glass over ice.
  2. Stir ingredients.
  3. Strain the mixture into a Champagne Tulip.
  4. Top up with Champagne or Dry Sparkling Wine.
  5. Garnish with fresh lemon peel.
