Ingredients for Two Servings
- 60ml Cygnet 22
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 5ml Manuka honey
- 70ml Champagne or Dry Sparkling Wine
Method
- Add Cygnet 22, fresh lemon juice & mauka honey to a stirring glass over ice.
- Stir ingredients.
- Strain the mixture into a Champagne Tulip.
- Top up with Champagne or Dry Sparkling Wine.
- Garnish with fresh lemon peel.
