Ingredients
- 25ml Cygnet Welsh Dry Gin
- 25ml Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 150ml Tonic Water
- 1 dash Grapefruit bitters
Garnish: Grapefruit wedge
Glass: Highball
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
Pour in the Cygnet Welsh Dry Gin and Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge - Add the lemon juice and a dash of grapefruit bitters
- Top up with tonic water
- Stir gently to combine
- Garnish with a grapefruit wedge
